In this week's episode I sit down with Matt Damon who works in Digital Communications at the AFL's Gold Coast Suns. Matt and I discuss some of the strategies his team have implemented in trying to grow the Suns' fan base. With Gold Coast being the newest team in the AFL, it's really interesting to hear about some of the ways their digital content team approach engaging new fans. Matt also has a really interesting story about how he got his opportunities in the sports industry, and hopefully you can take something from the perseverance and hard work that Matt has put into getting where he is today.
